Each item is individually gift wrapped and according to designer and item boxed or in a pouch.  All purchasedf items are delivered in FashionMustHave luxury bags.

Return/Exchange Policy
If you wish to return any or all item purchased, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all their original labeling attached within 7 days of receiving the goods. SALE items, lingerie, swimwear, sunglasses, and jewelry may not be returned. Any returned item must be UNUSED, UNWORN and in its original packaging. FashionMustHave reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only Items which FashionMustHave can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange. If tags and or orginal packaging is removed we will not give a refund. We strongly advise all our customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange or receive a refund. Exchanges may only be made for the same item of a different size or color, subject to availability. Refunds will be issued on the items purchase cost for the order. The purchase cost is defined as the total value of the order less any taxes, duties & shipping. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. If you would like to make a return or exchange, please email us at  fashionmusthave@hotmail.com when you receive your package and we will send you instructions on how to return your items. Please include your original receipt that arrived with your order with your return package as we cannot accept returns without original receipt.

Return and Exchanges
1) Please email us at fashionmusthave@hotmail.com when you receive your package to let us know that you would like to make a return or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, we will advise you as to item availability.

2) We will arrange for the item to be picked up at the same address as item was delivered.

3) Pack and seal items in their original packaging with your original receipt..

4) Each returned item will undergo a quality control check and once verified your refund or exchange will be processed.

5) Your amount in cash or the new exchanged item will be delivered to your house, you will receive a call before this will be done.


Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel your order via email up to the time the order is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched you cannot cancel the order, but can still return or exchange it. You will receive a call when your item(s) are on the way.

Out of Stock Items
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone. In the event of partial orders FashionMustHave will ship the items in stock and remove the out of stock items from your order. Any changes will be reflected in your order total.

Delivery

FashionMusthave delivers locally within 24 hours. Remember if item is ordered after midnight delivery will be next day, not same day.

Delivery time: 9AM to 6PM

 Item Care

Make sure you follow properly the instructions as advised on most garments. If you are not sure how to handle the garment, wash by hand or dry-clean.

Jewelry: As most of our jewlery is gold plated, make sure you do not place jewelry in direct contact with water. Also do not directly spray perfume on the items, this and also water may cause colour to change. We are not responsible for this.

If you take proper care of jewelry this should not happen. Always store un-worn jewelry in its packaging, this will protect it.
